I have heard stories about this stall from my mother, and she claimed that this stall has been passed down for generations.
The stall existed while my mother was still a child.
Let me do the maths, and the stall has lasted for at least 40 years.
Wow, it is not easy to maintain your business for such long duration.
It is just a small hawker stall, and it doesn't get attention although it is located along the super busy road, Jalan Sungai Pinang.
The mee goreng stall is just sitauted beside Chevrolet Centre Sungai Pinang.
The turning to Jalan Haji Hashim Imam is also just next to the stall.
The mee goreng and mee rebus are very reputed in our area.
And, i am always a regular customer of the noodles.
There are a few tables and chairs, but the place is super hot!
My delicious mee goreng.
With a price tag of only 2.50 bucks, this fried noodles was really yummy.
Be caution, it might be very spicy to some of you.
I have tried out the famous mee goreng at Jelutong Market and Esplanade, Penang.
Still, i would go for this one, the best one!
But it depends on a person's cup of tea, i am not into those charred fried styles.
Next, the imitation of jawa mee, is known as mee rebus.
The gravy was just totally alike with jawa mee's, but the tomato and spicy smell was thicker.
I haven't try out mee rebus other than this, so i can't do any comparison.
Oh ya, the mee cost 2.50 bucks too.
